This film is about a serial killer. There are a few scenes where we can see the main character killing people, mostly off-screen or obscured. There is a scene where the main character's arm is covered in blood after cutting up a deer that he killed, it is in black and white and is not extremely graphic. A woman is run over by a car and we see, for a brief second, her body go under the wheels of the car.

In general the film is about a serial killer stalking and hunting other humans as prey. A major plot point involves the main character fantasizing about killing children although it never comes to anything.
