Querida (2015)

This story is about the dilemma of a young man. Miguel is a young man in a relationship at its peak who finds out he has a fatal type of cancer. He has 2 choices; to tell her the truth and spend the rest of his time with her, or to protect her from the truth by breaking her heart.
