Balcony (2013)

Guy is your ordinary college student, and like most, seeks a relationship. This comes in the form of Jane, the girl who sits in the back. She asks for his 'help' for an upcoming assignment, and naturally Guy agrees. Unknown to Guy, the help she asks for is of the supernatural flair.
