Cravenous (2012)

A teenage boy goes back to his hometown in Southern Arizona to find out what happened to his girlfriend who disappeared 2 years earlier. He learns that unseen beings called Cravers are watching him. At the end of his journey he redeems himself and saves his girlfriend.
