The Pleasure Is Mine (2015)

The young couple, Rita, an academic, and Mateo, a car mechanic, love each other with a passion. Together, the two urbanites set out to build a new life for themselves on the hacienda of Mateo's father. After furnishing the house and buying a few of chickens, the couple enjoy living in the moment: they make love several times during the day and eat spaghetti in the evening. But they haven't taken account of life. In fragments of that modest life, we see how, slowly but surely, the cracks arise. Because maybe the two started living together a little too early. Her desire to have children conflicts with his taciturn nature and fear of commitment. Their young love is soon put to the test: While Rita wants a child, Mateo thinks things are moving a bit too quickly. When Mateo's attractive female cousin-in-law Alexis who sets his heart aflame comes along, emotions begin to escalate. She has a small daughter but also a shared history and flirty demeanor with Mateo, asking him whether Rita is just a summer fling like the guy she's brought over to her family's summer cottage.
