Prevenge (2016)

A couple are heard through a wall (but not seen) having sex. On the second occasion this happens, a woman actively listens from the other side.

A pregnant woman is seen in the bath, viewed from the point of view of her abdomen. Her breasts and nipples can be seen.

Multiple murders with a knife, with the cuts themselves just out of frame. The bloody aftermath of the murders are shown in detail, including multiple slit throats.

A man's genitals are sliced with a knife, appearing to cut a testicle off, which is seen falling from his hand and to the floor. The bloody wound on the man's crotch is shown several times.

A woman's head is viciously slammed against a glass table before her throat is cut. The dead woman's face is shown from beneath the glass table as blood pools around it.

A man's penis is cut off. It falls on the ground and can be seen.

A woman manipulates a man into drinking multiple alcoholic drinks in order to take advantage of him.

The murders are quite intense, and often occur in shockingly sudden bursts.

A scene takes place in an exotic pet shop, in which close-ups are shown of tarantulas, snakes, and lizards. Some of these are repeated later in a flashback. They are shot in an intentionally menacing way, and can be very frightening for anyone with a phobia of the creatures.
