A woman cuts her wrist badly while reaching through a hole in the fiber glass pool cover. After pulling her sister out of the pool, the blood spreads around them both.

It's discussed that one of the sisters has been a drug addict in the past, and we see we see a shot in the dashboard of her car.

The film can have a very claustrophobic feel with the two women trapped under the pool cover, and at one point a switch is turned that pours more water into the pool and has the women struggling to stay upright and not drown. Anyone with a severe fear of water or claustrophobia should consider whether the film is right for them.
