When a proven European motorcycle race team loses its most acclaimed rider to the top sponsor in the sport mere weeks before the year's most anticipated event, it's owners are forced to search outside the European circuit of pedigree talent. What they did not expect, was to bet big on a long-shot, amateur American whose journey has as many dangerous turns as the deadly race he is destined to ride: the "TT Isle of Man."
