One Minute Past Midnight (2016)

Hood, 28 years old, has scar on a head, ability to see in a dark, unique martial arts skills and no knowledge, how to make regular contact with people. Drifting from one place to another, he starts doing 'odd jobs' for GCOE (Government Cabinet Of Espionage), till one day, he forced to run away, because of 'impossible' task, he failed to do. While being persuaded by two GCOE agents, he meets a girl, who influences him to try to turn things around and solve a conflict, instead running away from it.
