When people are shot there are blood sprays.

The EMT has to remove the injured policeman's spleen to save his life. She is seen opening his abdomen, pulling his spleen out, then grabbing the bullet and attempting to remove it as his spleen bursts and a shot of blood goes into her face. This entire scene is graphic, with copious amounts of blood everywhere, and is very disturbing and hard to watch.

A young man is run over by an armored truck. We see the aftermath of his severed lower torso and legs

The majority of the film takes place in a commandeered ambulance with an EMT, an injured cop, and two bank robbers. The interior of the vehicle is cramped and the characters are often yelling and threatening each other while also being chased by the cops. Extremely tense and claustrophobic throughout.
