Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life (2016)

Rafe and Leo make a reference to "expertly drawn boobs" in Rafe's sketchbook, then wonder how realistic the boobs were. Nothing explicit.

Principal Dwight says that some of the tests have the question: "true or false: Principal Dwight has three nipples." He denies it, saying he was born without nipples and it looks amazing, but nothing is shown.

In one doodle animation sequence, Rafe is chased by scary zombies that move in formation and then a monstrous school building that inhales people while pulling itself forward with its teeth, the ground in front of which is a scantron. There is some comic relief as a locker is at maximum nerd capacity and the zombies imitate a zoetrope, but still this may be intense for younger viewers
