In the timeless future when clowning has become a major industry, smaller clowning companies are increasingly pushed out of business by the relentlessly vicious and greedy Mr. Sprinkles and his nationwide clown conglomerate Sprinkle's Inc. When one beloved clown's fiancé is murdered by Sprinkles henchman, all out war unfolds on the streets of Clowntown.
