Mosconi, abriendo los caminos de la resistencia y la dignidad (2011)

The hand over of petroleum exploitation to transnational companies, dis articulated the outline of life in the city of Mosconi, located in the North of Argentina. The economy of the inhabitants in this oil economy based area was sustained, until 10 years ago, of what the Argentine State oil company, produced. Therefore, from the 90 people began to bloke the main route as part of their resistance of the high unemployment index and serious heath problems that the new company contributes to produce. In Mosconi, a community and a social movement (Union of Unemployed Workers) illustrate different resistance and dignity experiences of an entire town.
