Joker (2013)

Jung-su visits the hospital every day to see his brother Jung-gyu, who fell in a coma after a car accident. One day Jung-gyu disappears from his bed and no one at the hospital knows his whereabouts. Jung-su looks for him in the hospital and finds out the doctors were planning to remove Jung-gyu's heart for illegal trafficking. Then they offer Jung-su large amount of money asking to sell his brother's heart.
