In a time where supernatural kingdoms exist within a vast multiverse, Cameo Horatha of the Zeir Realm is caught in an evil coup to overthrow the powers-that-be and take control of the mortal world. Tasked as guardian of the lone portal to earth, Cameo must come to terms with her profound destiny and stop at nothing to save humanity. During a savage invasion, she sacrifices her life to destroy the connection, but is inadvertently transported to our present- day world and the small town of Beachwood. A year after blending in with society, she discovers that a familiar adversary was cast through the gateway with her and now conspiring to reopen the link. Teaming up with a group of high school students, Cameo and her band of "Banshees" must fight to save mankind from the looming darkness.
