The Fog of Now

A sixty year old filmmaker whose filmmaking career fizzled out twenty years ago discovers a degraded VHS rough-cut of his last film which was never released and that he thought he had destroyed. While watching the only existing foggy remnant he is confronted with the realization that he destroyed his best work and in so doing exposes both the meaninglessness and also the imperative of art.
