Many Bones, One Heart (2015)

'When someone dies, all of a sudden, you're close to The Veil, and no one else is,' says Nadia Hagen, a fire-spinning performance artist and visionary force behind the All Souls Procession, a parade to honor the beloved dead in Tucson, AZ. Toiling behind the scenes, Nadia, her spouse Paul, also an artist, and a dedicated collective of volunteers prepare for the 2012 All Souls Procession. They juggle bureaucratic resistance, financial risk, and the event's growing popularity to keep the Procession free, peaceful and true to its grassroots beginnings.
