The Monarch File

The Monarch File is a Political Thriller set on the world's stage. Richard, a New York CID officer in a failing relationship, stumbles upon a case that should never have escaped the NSA. As a stone in their side, Richard follows the leads, eventually threatening the very stability of American power, all the while, brushing up against black budget projects too fantastic to believe.
