One of the characters mentions a couple "making out."

Three of the main characters discover a dead body in a hallway. The body is never shown onscreen.

A main character dies. Very little is seen onscreen, except for a little blood.

None of the violence is intense, as most of it is offset by comic relief.

There are no actual swear words, although the main characters do often use common euphemisms like "freaking." There are also a few instances of name calling (Deon calls Wes a "douche", etc. etc.).

A character is mentioned to be a "pot-head." There are no instances of alcohol or drug use onscreen.

Although this is a horror-comedy film, there is very little that would actually scare children, and any intense or violent scenes are offset by comic relief.
