Supreme Authority

Buffalo, NY is ranked as the most dangerous city in New York State. One of the city's most beloved community leaders is brutally murdered, in what appears to be a senseless act of unprovoked violence, which threatens to tear the city apart. Under heavy pressure from the Mayor, a task force is created, consisting of five detectives, each with something to prove. They race against time to solve the murder, before the already divided public, use the slaying as an excuse to descend into chaos and violence. As the detectives investigate the crime, they find clues of something far more sinister and terrifying at its core and the sins of each of their pasts, comes back to haunt them.
