Jens Munk: NordvestXpeditionen (2015)

In 1619 the Danish king Christian IV launched an expedition to find the northwest passage from Denmark north of America to China. The Danish naval officer Jens Munk lead the expedition with only two ships. But they were caught in the ice in Hudson Bay, and most of the crew died. However Jens Munk managed to get home with only two survivors. It is a true story based on Jens Munk's diaries.
