Joe watches Teddy strips his clothes off to shower, his buttocks is shown. When Teddy notices Joe, his bare chest and his penis is shown before he covers himself with a towel. Teddy's back and buttocks is visible when he walks nude towards Joe.

This is a comedy drama about a serial killer. There are frequent scenes of stabbings but these are not remotely realistic.
