Welcome to B-baby Vol. 1! This step by step instructional contains everything you need to get started Breakin! B-baby Vol. 1 was created by Candy Molia and Cindy Foley, two twin sisters who founded the first all-female Breakin crew (Floor Angelz), and The Child of this Culture Foundation. In order to continue fostering a positive image of the Hip-Hop culture, both Candy and Cindy have designed this presentation to provide a means for today?s youth to learn the art of Breakin at their own pace. Basic Moves features detailed instructions by B-girl Candy and B-girl Sinergy for the foundation moves such as variations in Toprock, Spins, Shuffles and Freezes. Power Moves features instructions for more advanced moves. Bonus material includes interviews, outtakes and behind the scenes footage from the creators of this presentation.
