Dropped Bars (2016)

Inspired by a true story. Derek Perez is a graduating high school student pursuing his love of music. Even after being accepted to a prestigious performing arts college, he still lacks confidence in his abilities. Encouraged by his best friend Julia, Derek decides to enter a school scholarship showcase with the help of his older brother Kovak. When unexpected events befall, Derek is forced to face his greatest fear and, alone, reach for his dreams.
