Two Canadian anglophones move to Paris, France for a year to create a manifesto of Street Cinéma; an original and improvisational film making technique which is a blend between street photography, cinema vérité and the modern skate video. This film is the first piece of a larger project called The Street Cinéma Manifesto, the other half is a non-fiction novel of media theory and philosophy called How to Make a Skate Video Without Skateboarding.
