Amity (2022)

After buying too much land a young and ambitious farm owner (June Colbert) finds herself in debt facing foreclosure. Things take a puzzling turn when she crosses paths with a young assistant biologist (Clark Sager) who is on the run after supposedly stealing a creation from his worksite at the local city biology lab.
