Several of the female characters wear short shorts. Additionally, during a flashback the camera spends alot of time slowly panning over the body of one of the victims, focusing on the breasts. Even though they are covered by a hospital gown, they focus solely on that part of the body.

The profanity starts about 20 minutes into the first episode: s-words, f-words.
