Awakening from Silence (2022)

Do you ever get the feeling you're aware of something that everyone else isn't? That you have become aware of all that is wrong, while everyone else is ignorant? Z wakes up in a cave, covered in crude oil and completely alone. That is until she discovers the silent unconscious masses, unaware of where they are and what's keeping them there. In order to find the others who have awakened, Z must find a way out. Awakening from Silence is a short film adapted from the spoken word poem by Megan Chapman entitled She Sells Shell.
