Two Degenerates who are down on their luck decide to take up more degenerate activities to try to change that. After watching a good amount of true crime, war movies, and cartoons, they think that they've gained enough knowledge to pull of a healthy amount of insurance fraud. The only problem? Is that they're not prepared at all.
