Momentum (2022)

Three young women are fighting for a seat at the table in the Dutch House of Representatives in 2021. Carline, Mikal, and Michantely have deliberately stood up for their ideals. Carline unleashed multiple mass protest actions for education, Mikal championed equality of opportunity as the youngest councilor in The Hague and Michantely combats gentrification form bottom up. Now they are taking the next step: run for office. Each for a different party, each with its own story. United in their fight for a seat. Momentum tells those battle stories.
