A person formerly bullied has been transformed into a living balloon known as Helium Boy. He journeys across space, fighting huge foes along the way as well as making friends, all to get to his destination, the balloon city. Join him in his adventures in and under the balloon city too, all in a 3 season epic show of action, betrayal, lore, tension, emotion, and fun.
