Nadi - The River (2022)

The River is a Hindi Poem penned by Anurag Singh and narrated by Denise Harbour (Actor/Model) to celebrate our upcoming 75th Independence Day of India "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" as announced by our Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, which includes 75 weeks of celebration leading to the 75th Independence Day of India on 15th August 2022. Nadi - The River is a depiction of a river's journey which is very much like a journey of human beings and it is not just a philosophical poem; it also encourages all of us to keep our rivers and water resources clean as they support life of not just humans but various other species as well. This poem is a unique combination of patriotic theme and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India movement). It encourages us to continue our efforts in keeping our environment clean and pollution free as a responsible citizen of this earth. The vast majority of water on Earth's surface, around 96 percent, is saline water in the oceans. The freshwater resources, such as water falling from the skies and moving into rivers, streams, lakes, and groundwater, provide people and species with the water they need every day to live and survive.
