The Estate (2022)

Howard, looking to start a life with his fiancé and unborn child, attempts to sell his deceased father's estate. Alone on the sprawling grounds, he discovers his estranged father's diary and quickly learns the secret to his disappearance. Now Howard is unsure if the doors he's opened can be closed.
