The managing director of a hospital welcomes two of their shareholders: Showing them around he praises the advantages and good deeds they're investing their money in. Yet, behind their backs he turns towards the viewer and reveals his true colors by admitting the real (financial) reasons why the hospital must cut down on certain quality, humanity, altruism etc.: In order to staying functional and making enough income for employees to survive. An appeal to the public for support of a petition demanding better financial aids from the government.
