Den kongelige gæst (1953)

A young Copenhagen doctor and his wife have moved to the countryside and have created a little paradise with three children. One day at shrovetide, a stranger knocks on the door. Like the serpent in Garden of Eden, he is soon to poison their existence. TV adaptation of Børresen's 1919 comic opera.
