Never (2020)

A junior doctor in a hospital goes through interrogation regarding an operation she conducted which has caused a Never Event. Never Events include surgery on the wrong body part; foreign body left in a patient after surgery; mismatched blood transfusion; major medication error; severe "pressure ulcer" acquired in the hospital; and preventable post-operative deaths. Witness the emotional trauma she has to go through with the guilt of destroying the patient's life and risking it to death.
