Sevilla 2030 (2003)

The film is a television program from a Ugandan satellite in orbit overlooking the decrepit blue planet, where only Seville has been saved. The report we see is made of it, showing it as a world model of a city to be imitated. It is a short film that critically fantasizes about the future of the city. Commissioned by the Municipal Urban Planning Management, the film-complaint is an invention to overcome censorship: if Seville in 2030 is a model city in the world, thanks to the good work of its politicians, if that wonderful city is shown, if not he speaks ill of no one - why should he censor himself?
