Teenagers NEEVANA and ROSE are two problematic best-friends growing up in the small town of Gravesend. They battle with their identity between their religious values and westernised beliefs, whilst living with the pressures bestowed by society. Their worlds get turned upside down when an indecisive Rose has to make the most important decision of her life: whether or not to keep her baby. Supporting Rose all the way, Neevana decides the best way to cheer Rose up is an eventful night out. Neevana and Rose at a rock gig, join an army of drunken, adolescent teenagers who are tonguing each other and jumping around. During the gig, Neevana locks eyes with band frontman, DAVE and is persuaded by Rose to take it further. Infatuated, Neevana and Dave get promiscuous, pinned up against a brick-wall outside the pub, until one racist comment from Dave leads Neevana to storm off. The girls' worlds spiral out of control when Neevana embraces another lively party, but taking it to the extreme, overdoses and blacks out, whilst Rose's frustration of her decision despite her religious upbringing sends her into despair. When all seems lost, both girls come to accept themselves and embrace both their religion and personal beliefs.
