The Invisible Doctor (1991)

A doctor invents invisibility potion after years of research and tells his assistant. Disclosure of the invention causes a lot of trouble, the biggest problem is that criminals steal the potion and use it for bank and museum stealing. The doctor destroys the invisibility potion ultimately.
