After watching their father get murdered as teenage boys, Dee and his older brother Ty are torn between two different lifestyles. The struggles consist of Dee's music, Ty's street life, and the rival with Fat Folks. Although Dee decides to pursue his dream of becoming a music executive, the pitfalls of the street life come back to haunt him.
