A person has their eye wound raped by a man offscreen. Only his face is shown as she screams. She is later shown with her eye wound further destroyed from this assault.

A blood orgy is briefly depicted on the floor of a hallway.

A man is brutally beaten to death with a fire extinguisher until his face and head are caved in.

A man is severely beaten by a group of children with baseball bats. His face is shown brutally swollen. They then abuse his genitals by striking them against a metal pole wrapped in barbed wire.

The people in The Sadness aren't zombies. They are more like perverted serial killers who are compelled to do the most violent things they can think of, which makes the movie very scary.
