Fuck and its variants are the strongest, used several times a minute at some points. Homo and pussy are used as terms of abuse. Language is coarse throughout.

Characters smoke cannabis, one snorts white powder believing it to be cocaine (it us not), another spends the entire film under the influence of ecstasy. Characters drink alcohol at a party, including as part of drinking games, and many smoke tobacco. One character has an epipen for epilepsy.

The film opens with the aftermath of a bloodbath at a party, with at least twenty deaths. A fifteen-minute segment near the end of the film is an almost-continuous depiction of how those deaths occur, some of them graphic.
