Pulse (2019)

Three childhood friends arrive at the hospital to visit their dear friend before he flies to New York, where he'll undergo heart surgery. His friend Shira becomes captivated by the girl working in the cafeteria. The friends change their focus from Nitai's worsening medical condition to Shira and decide to help her win Naama's heart.
