Rockin' Reindeer Christmas (1990)

One of Santa's reindeer, Blitzen, is tired of always being last in the lineup. This year, he has a plan to butter up Santa so that he can guide the sleigh on Christmas. The night before Christmas Eve, Blitzen organizes a party for his boss, decorating the rec room, baking cookies, and recruiting a group a carolers to get Santa in a good mood for his proposal. Along the way, Blitzen befriends a young girl, Virginia, who helps him see how important and loved he really is.
