In a not too distant future, surgeon Martha and her assistant Adil are running an illegal practice. Here, people who need a change of identity can have their faces radically altered. The two usually deal with petty criminals and tax evaders. But one day a serial killer enters the practice. Now Martha and Adil are facing a dilemma. They are caught between morality and compulsion.
