A Psycho boy sets his own parameters to judge and punish people. A boy named Jagga was a student of psychology. He gets disturbed whenever he sees a negative thing or negative trait in someone. Jagga takes extreme actions after observing a negative behavior of people. If a girl kicks a child with her leg, jagga cuts her feet. If someone cheats him , jagga kills him.
