Business with Pleasure (2013)

Two tales of tight ropes and tighter gags - in the first story, four sexy roommates are captured one by one as they return from hope. Soon they are helplessly roped to chairs and cleave gagged with cloth. The burglar can be heard opening doors and drawers - after he's through robbing the girls, will he decide to mix business with pleasure? In the second tale, a businesswoman returns home and is confronted by an intruder. She is initially tied up and muzzled, but when the crook tires of searching her home for goodies, he decides his prisoner is all the goodies he really needs, so her forces her to strip to her pantyhose to 'have a little fun'.
