Deserted (2018)

The year is 1865 - the close of the Civil War. Two brothers desert from their unit after a deadly battle and seek refuge in an abandoned cabin. Samuel is badly injured, confined to the cabin's bed, unable to move. Robert can't leave his brother, even when it becomes clear that the two of them cannot stay. Strange sounds echo throughout the forest. Voices whisper in the darkness. The enemy is closing in, but it's not who - or what - Robert expects.
