Easy Red Riding Hood (1970)

This was a drug spoof movie, inspired by "Easy Rider" and "Little Red Riding Hood." A girl, Easy Red, arrives by plane. As she exits the plane she is eyed by sleazy Gaffer Wolfe. He pursues her like a hound dog. There's a scene similar to "Easy Rider" where a character in a Mercedes with two body guards tests some coke, and pays for it. Gaffer later gets busted by a narc.
