In 2018 Petru Cotarcea a Romanian immigrant in the UK purchased a double decker bus with the dream to make music education accessible and affordable for every child in London. Award winning filmmakers, Joe Pavlo and David Schendel hop on THE MUSIC BUS to experience the joy of music with Petru and his adorable band of children in this short documentary.
